Lazard Asset Management

I began as a UX Designer supporting the Marketing department, where I focused on creating clear, user-centered digital experiences. Within six months, my work was highly appreciated, and multiple departments without dedicated UX support approached my manager to request my assistance.

Over time, my responsibilities expanded to include Operations, Portfolios, Sales, Client Onboarding, and cross-platform initiatives, allowing me to collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders across the organization. During my journey at Lazard, I earned the Google UX Design Certificate and introduced modern UX processes and standards, helping establish a more consistent, scalable, and user-focused design practice across teams.
